Yellow-grey chalcedony, in lightly decorated silver setting (being element of pendant); bezel; in shape of a heart. The inscription is found on the central heart-shaped ground (A), within three concentric lines (the central line is pearled), and on the border (B), surrounded on its outer side by two lines following the shape of the gem. In the central ground (A): four lines separated by straight lines formed by elongations of a ligature; cursive script, in relieg. In the border (B): one line of cursive script; engraved.

A - (1) 'In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate. Say: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم قل
    (2) "He is God, One, God the Everlasting Refuge, هو الله احد الله الصمد
    (3) who has not begotten, and has not been begotten, and no one لم يلد ولم يولد ولم يكن
    (4) is equal to him." ' (Qur. CXII) له كفوا احد

B - In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate. 'God, there is no God but He, the Living, the Everlasting. Slumber seizes Him not, neither sleep; to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. Who is there that shall intercede with Him save by His leave? He knows what lies before them and what is after them, and they comprehend not anything of His knowledge save scuh as He wills. His Throne comprises the heavens and earth; the preserving of them oppresses Him not; He is the All-high, the All-glorious.' (Qur. II, 256/255). There is no god but God, Muḥammad is the Prophet of God, `Alī is the Sincere Friend of God.

The central ground is covered by schematic flower heads and by some fleurons. There are some dots, isolated or in groups, spread over the border.
