The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries

Two parallel bands, each consisting of two rows of small circles alternating with S-shapes.

The very narrow and finely stitched bands probably derive from the visual appearance of tiraz embroidery, but have no meaning. Each band is a maximum of 1 cm wide, and the distance beteen the two is 11.5 cm.
