    The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries

    A central band with prancing lions or leopards separated by a stylised upright ?plant; the animals are light brown with dark brown outlines against a blue ground, the ?plants are yellow or green. Along either side of the band is a row of stylized plants, pink along one side, and yellow on the other, the latter with a single red palmette, as well.
