    The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries

    A sampler fragment with a large blue vine scroll, a yellow and a red cross or stylized plant, and four bands embroidered brown, blue, green, and yellow. The green band contains triangles, and the blue one S-shapes.

    Remains of seams sewn with blue running stitch are along two sides.
