Two bands of chevrons at right angles to each other; the wider one is parallel to the selvedge. The chevrons are made up from linked s-shapes, and each peak has a small circle at the top. There also is the beginning of a continuous pattern of birds facing in opposite directions.

The fragment has a selvedge, which probably once was the lower border of a tunic or a tunic sleeve.
