    An attendant of Minamoto no Yorimitsu slaying a monster. The monster formed part of the entourage of the Earth Spider, whose web stretches over an array of peculiar creatures on the reverse.

  • netsuke

    The netsuke is a form of toggle that was used to secure personal items suspended on cords from the kimono sash. These items included purses, medicine cases or tobacco paraphernalia.
