    The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries

    Stylized animal motifs are arranged in staggered rows; in each successive row they face right and left alternately. There are two vertical borders and one horizontal border with the same alternating V-pattern.

    There is a hem along one border. The fragment was part of a tunic, possibly for a child.
