    The Barlow Collection

The dish is heavily potted, with an everted barbed rim with quatrefoil lip. The stoneware, probably of cream colour, but now discoloured to a buff tone, bears an opaque cream-coloured glaze with a dense crackle and discolouration in places. The glaze has flaked off in the centre.
