Two large, linked medallion filled with concentric red, white, and blue circles; the medallions are set into a wide band. Two large, red tendrils filled with dots emerge from one of the medallions, and the light blue background is filled with irregular, white lines. Along one side of the band is a narrow, white border.

Remains of a seam appear along the white border band. The reverse shows more dye saturation than the surface. The resist was apparently drawn on by hand.
