    The Barlow Collection

The jar has a depressed globular body with a wide neck with everted rim and a splayed foot. The neck is slightly recessed and decorated with two raised ribs, the shoulder has a deep groove, and the foot has three square holes and a slightly raised band. The piece is otherwise undecorated. In places the surface shows a smooth light green patina as well as rust-brown encrustations.
